I am originally from Wisconsin but have lived in Illinois since 1995. I began my healthcare career as a nursing assistant at the age of 15 in a nursing home. I realized that caring for people was my passion and a true calling from that time on. Initially, I received my ADN then continued on to receive my BSN and MS-FNP from Lewis University. Most of my bedside experience has been in women’s health, I have worked as a Labor & Delivery nurse for 30 plus years between West Suburban and Elmhurst Hospitals. I am married with 4 children, 2 stepchildren, 1 granddaughter and 1 very large Bernese Mountain Dog.

As a provider, I strive to offer the best care possible by addressing the whole patient. My many years of nursing have taught me to integrate the art of caring along with research and science to promote health and provide evidence-based care. I love to educate and want my patients to walk away from appointments feeling comfortable and with an understanding of the plan of care we have developed together.
